With a strong background in recruitment and a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities, Jennifer leads hiring at our Oscar Mayer site in Erith, South-East London. She manages recruitment across a wide range of roles from factory operatives to supervisory positions ensuring we attract top talent across all departments.
Drawing on her previous experience in Facilities Management within the Construction sector, Jennifer brings valuable insight and proven expertise in sourcing candidates for Engineering, Operations, and Technical roles, among others.
At Oscar Mayer, she works closely with our HR team, taking a proactive, hands-on role in interviews, selection, and onboarding including mandatory Right to Work checks for new and existing team members.
