Steve is the Head of Talent and Development at Oscar Mayer, where he leads the full people development agenda across the business. His remit spans factory training, learning and development, and recruitment ensuring that every individual, from the shop floor to senior leadership, has the skills, support, and opportunities to succeed.

With a strong background in organisational development and talent strategy, Steve plays a key role in building a high-performance culture that’s grounded in continuous improvement and personal growth. He works closely with teams across multiple sites to ensure training and development is not only fit for purpose, but forward-looking and designed to meet the evolving needs of the business and the wider food manufacturing industry.

Steve is also responsible for leading recruitment across all levels of the organisation. From attracting apprentices and graduates to hiring experienced professionals, he ensures Oscar Mayer brings in the right people who align with the company’s values and future direction.
