SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off, 6AM to 6PM (Day Shift)

ABOUT US:

We are a fast-paced food manufacturing business, specialising in producing ready meals for a wide range of customers. Operating from a large-scale factory environment, we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and delicious products. The successful candidate will predominantly support low care production areas but also support other area within training, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.

ROLE OVERVIEW: 

To ensure that the factory production plan is produced in an effective & meaningful form for the factory. The deviations from plan that may occur are quickly responded to. This involves significant attention to hourly factory performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

• Input all customer orders.

• Reconcile requirements against plan.

• Issue kitchen production control information.

• Issue the production plan to the factory.

• Constantly appraise the position of the factory against the plan in all 3 areas of the plant.

• Ensure all files / data is adequately backed up.

• Provide information to management as required.

• Ensure kettle schedule is adhered to.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must be willing to understand all factory processes.

• Should be able to communicate with factory staff confidently.
